Service Policy

At Eat Sip Social, we believe in keeping things simple and transparent. Restaurants partner with us on a month-to-month basis—no long-term commitments, no hidden charges, and no complicated contracts.

• When a restaurant signs up and makes their first payment, services begin immediately and are valid for 30 days from the date of sign-up.

• Your subscription automatically renews every 30 days unless cancelled (see Cancellation Policy below).

• Each payment covers the selected influencer campaign, account setup, and integration into our platform.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to our support team at info@eatsipsocial.com

• To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted before your renewal date.

• Once cancelled, your services will remain active until the end of your current 30-day period.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Once payment is processed, your account setup, custom integration, and influencer outreach begin immediately.

• Because our team provides services upfront—including building your restaurant’s profile page, integrating into the platform, and distributing your campaign to over 20,000 influencers—we cannot offer refunds for unused time or partial campaign periods.

• Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days using the payment method provided at sign-up.

• If you wish to discontinue, you must cancel prior to your renewal date to prevent additional charges.

• By continuing your subscription, you acknowledge and accept automatic renewals under these terms.
